What is Invisalgin?

If the thought of wearing braces is holding you back from the smile you've always wanted, there is good news for all the residents of the greater Orlando, Florida area. Introducing Invisalign, a state-of-the-art alternative to braces that is virtually undetectable to other people. Invisalign straightens your teeth, not with brackets and wires, but with a series of clear, customized, removable appliances called aligners.

How does Invisalign work?

Invisalign braces use the latest 3-D computer technology to create your customized aligners. Your first step is to visit Dr. Dann, who is an Align Technology Certified Invisalign orthodontist in Florida, who will help determine what orthodotnic issue you want to correct. Then, Dr. Dann sends Invisalign the precise treatment instructions. Invisalign uses advanced computer technology to translate these instructions into a sequence of finely calibrated aligners - as few as 12 or as many as 48.

You'll wear each aligner for about two weeks and only take it out for eating, brushing and flossing. As you replace each aligner with the next, your teeth will move - gradually - week by week, until they move into the final alignment that orthodontist Dr. Carl Dann prescribed. Then you'll be smiling like you've never smiled before.

How do I know if Invisalign is right for me?

To ensure the best possible results, Dr. Dann who has been trained and certified by Align Technology can diagnose and treat using Invisalign. Invisalign braces are not intended for young children and is not appropriate for every adult. Dr. Dann can determine if this treatment is an effective option for you.
